Trivertix LLC, Austin, Texas The waitlist hears the launch date first

Privacy

This page says what the Trivertix website keeps about you, why, and which companies handle it. The short of it: your email address if you join the waitlist, and a count of visits through Google Analytics.

Last updated October 9, 2026.

If you join the waitlist

The form asks for your email address and the kind of tank you have. When you send it, we keep:

  • Your email address.
  • The kind of tank you picked.
  • How you found us: the site that linked to us, or the ad or campaign you followed.
  • The first page you opened here.
  • When you joined, and which of our web addresses the form was sent from.
  • Whether your address has reached the service we send email through.

We use your address to write to you about the launch: the price, the date and how to order. The rest tells us what kinds of tank people have, and which of our links and ads they follow.

We do not ask for your name, and the list does not record your IP address.

Where it is kept, and how to leave

The waitlist is kept in two places. A database at Cloudflare holds the list. Resend, the service we send email through, cannot write to an address it does not have, so it holds a copy of yours, with the kind of tank you picked, how you found us and the first page you opened.

We keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or until the list is no longer needed.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops the emails.

If you only visit

Cloudflare serves these pages and runs the waitlist form. Like any web host, it receives your IP address and the details of your browser with each request. It keeps logs of those requests, which we use to look into faults. It may set a cookie of its own to tell people from programs.

We use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, roughly where in the world a visitor is, what kind of device and browser they use, and which site sent them. Google sets cookies in your browser to tell one visitor from another. We do not learn who you are from any of it.

When someone joins the waitlist, we tell Google that a signup happened. We do not send Google your email address or anything else you type.

To turn Analytics off, Google offers a browser add-on that stops it on every site. These pages work the same without it. Google gives its own account of what it does with the data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal. This site does not act on either one. The add-on is the way to turn Analytics off.

Notes kept in your browser

The pages set no cookies of their own. They keep three small notes in your browser:

  • How your visit began: the site that linked to us or the campaign you followed, and the first page you opened. It is erased when you close the tab, and it reaches us only if you join the waitlist.
  • That you have just sent the waitlist form, so that the signup is counted once. It is erased when the signup has been counted, or when you close the tab.
  • That one of our fonts is already saved in your browser, so that later pages are drawn sooner. It stays until you clear this site's data in your browser.

Who else handles it

We do not sell your details, rent them or pass them to advertisers, and this site shows no ads.

Three companies handle them for us, each under its own privacy policy:

  • Cloudflare serves the site and holds the waitlist.
  • Resend sends our email.
  • Google counts visits, through Analytics.

The tools we use to read and manage the list handle them too, and for that alone.

There are two cases in which your details could go further. We would hand them over if the law required it. And if Trivertix or its assets were sold, the list could pass to the buyer.

It covers trivertix.com and its waitlist. The Trivertix app, where the owner of a monitor signs in, is a separate service and is not covered here.
